Gateway Garden is proud to have a staff of teachers that are passionate about making a difference in students’ lives through tireless dedication to education. Get to know each of our team members below.
Director/Owner
Tara is a preschool/elementary teacher with a master's degree in children's literature. Her background includes positions as a lead teacher/director at Garden House School of New York. She is an Ohio native from Vermilion, Ohio.
3-4 Junior Room Teacher
Brooke Parker is an excellent early childhood educator with a bachelor's degree in education from BGSU. She lives in Whitehouse and loves cats and children!
4-5 Senior Room Teacher
Maddy is an experienced preschool teacher who lives here in Toledo. She is a passionate advocate for children and loves animals! Maddy has a bachelor's degree in social work.
HISTORY
Gateway Garden Preschool has served the Toledo and Ottawa Hills neighborhoods, and the surrounding areas for over 80 years.
